Our small group Bible studies are a great place to have fun, build deep relationships, grow in faith, or explore faith for the first time! No need to bring anything, we have everything for you! Just come prepared to participate in discussion with an open mind. We study passages straight from the Holy Bible to see what it says and how it applies to our lives. No previous knowledge or experience required. Our Bible studies are meant for people of all backgrounds, whether you've read a passage a million times, or have never opened the Bible. This is the place for you!
We have many small groups throughout the week to fit your schedule and needs. Each small group studies the same passages.

The Monday evening Hamlin Hall Small Group is led by Noah Doan and Jayson Flowers. Noah is a Senior studying Industrial and Systems Engineering. He enjoys reading, board and video games, and helping others. Jayson is a senior studying Film Production with a minor in Communication. He loves to watch sports, read, play video games, and be there for others. Our Small Group aims to help you grow in your faith, be a place to build relationships in a welcoming community, be a space where we can explore deep questions about the Bible and about God without judgment, and apply what we learn in our lives. No matter where you are in your faith journey we welcome you here!
Griffith Mai is a sophomore studying Bioengineering at OU. In his free time, Griffith likes exploration, studying history, and spending time with friends as well as family. Brandon is a Freshman studying History and Social Sciences for educators at OU. In his free time, Brandon likes reading, playing video games, and playing board games. Our vision for our small group is to build and nurture healthy relationships with one another and with God. We seek to create a welcoming space for people at every stage in their faith journey. Together, we strive to grow in our faith and encourage each other through honesty, openness, and experiences.
This Tuesday Bible Study is led by Emma and Rebekah from 11-12pm.
Emma is a Sophomore in college studying graphic design. Her favorite hobbies include cooking, going to the gym, and spending time with the Lord. Rebekah is a sophomore in college studying Linguistics. Her favorite activities include swimming, going out for boba, and diving deeper into God's Word.
We want this bible study to be a place to foster communication along with being a safe place for people exploring their beliefs and values. We will be diving deep into God’s Word together while providing a space open for questions. We are looking forward to an amazing semester! We would love to get to know you and build a strong community together!
Dan and Michael desire to create a welcoming space for students wherever they are on their walk of faith. Our hope is to challenge and invite us all to learn, grow, and deepen our faith through openness and vulnerability. We eagerly look forward to witnessing all that God will do during this winter semester as we open our hearts and lives to Jesus! Will you join us for our small group Bible discussion on Wednesdays at 3:00-4:00 in the Oakland Center?
Dan Wolf is a Sophomore studying Mathematics for Educators with the hopes of becoming a high school math teacher. Michael Williams is an alum of Oakland University (Poly Sci, class of 2015) and serves on staff with InterVarsity. Dan loves board games and video games, and Michael is a huge Tolkien fan and amateur sport climber and hiker.
Lilly and Zoey hope that their Bible study leads people closer to Christ and help people feel welcomed to explore the Bible no matter where they are at spiritually! They hope to create a space where people can be vulnerable and welcomed!
They want to ask the hard questions about the Bible, to grow in their faith, and to help build the kingdom of God!
