Converge - Fall Conference

Over a weekend, we will learn and explore together what it means to follow Jesus as college students, through keynote speakers, musical worship, interactive tracks, and campus processing times. Along the way, you'll form new friendships and deepen existing ones, both from your own campus and across the state! Whether you have been following Jesus for a long time or whether are you just beginning to check him out, you will find a home at Converge - so come join us!

When: Fri Nov 6 @ 7pm to Sun Nov 8 @ 12:30pm

Where: Riverfront Conference Center @ University of Michigan - Flint Campus

Cost: $120 ($30 deposit due at registration)

includes hotel lodging, Sat breakfast & dinner, Sun breakfast

Registration deadline: October 23

***We have the opportunity to use money from OU to help pay for Converge. Fill out this Google Form by end of day 9/24/26 to receive some. If you do so, don't fill out the normal registration form.

If you still need help paying for Converge, there are scholarships available. Please contact Eric for help.

Friendsgiving

Each year we have an InterVarsity friendsgiving. It's a wonderful time of fellowship, fun, and growing our community. It's potluck style, so bring a dish to pass! It doesn't have to be "thanksgiving food", just something you enjoy. Please let us know what you're bringing on this spreadsheet so we have a variety of foods:

Senior Sendoff

For our final large group of each semester, we like to celebrate and send off our graduating students! We put together a slide for you with pictures, another student will say a few words and pray for you, then you have the chance to share.

If you are graduating and would like to be sent off, please let Henry know! If you don't have his number, let Eric or Julia know. Their numbers can be found on the contact us page

Golden Grizz Globes

Every year, small groups make short videos acting out a Bible passage. We have a large group party to show them off, with prizes awarded for different categories such as best actor, funnies video, etc. It's a wonderful night of laughter and fellowship!

We encourage people to either dress up (fancy) or dress down (pajamas), it's fun!
